Refund policy
Returns:
Butterfly Cactus Boutique, LLC knows you will love all the pieces you are adding to your collection but in the unlikely chance something isn't quite right we
offer free returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 30 days of the order's original ship date. Shipping fees will not be refunded. It is the responsibility and cost of the customer to mail back the items for return. We recommend tracking the package as lost items do not qualify for a return.
We accept returns on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached and shoes must be unworn and in shoe boxes) within 30 days of the order's original ship date, for store credit only.
Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.
The following categories are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned:

- Belts
- Bodysuits + Intimates
- Clearance Items (marked as “FINAL SALE”)
- Hair Accessories
- Hats
- Jewelry
- Sunglasses

To start a return please email info@butterflycactusboutique.com
In the email please include your full name, order number, the item being returned, the reason for the return. (If there is damage to a product please include pictures as per the Damaged Items policy). When we receive your email we will reply within 24 hours with the next course of action.
Your store credit will be in the form of an E-gift card which will be available within 3 to 5 days after we receive and process the return. Each E-gift card will be valid for 4 years after the original issue date.
Cancellations:
Please note that our orders CANNOT be cancelled, changed or modified after checkout due to our quick turnaround and processing times.
Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged item, please contact our team within 48 hours of delivery of product. All damaged goods will require a submitted photo to be reviewed. Please include any damaged or defective areas in the photo and a description of the damage.
If the notification occurs outside of this time window, we can unfortunately no longer process the return.
